Throughout the challenge we ask you to practice yoga between 15 minutes and 60 minutes, depending on the day. Below are some online classes designed for yogis who are newer to the practice. If this is going to be your first time doing yoga, we highly recommend that you find a knowledgeable teacher who can work with you in person. This list is just a starting point — we encourage you to search around and find the videos that work best for you!
