Be kind to your body, bring out the best in yourself, and prepare for Wanderlust 108 with this 28-day run, yoga, meditate challenge. Whether you are new to one (or all three!) of these activities, Wanderlust Festival and MyFitnessPal have partnered to design this program as a way for you to build a consistent, balanced routine.
How it Works
Each day lists a time minimum and combination of running, yoga and meditation. For example, Day 1 asks that you complete a 15-minute walk. Some days are rest days and contain special challenges, and every seventh day combines all three!
Start this challenge whenever you’re able to commit to 28 days of run-yoga-meditation, or simply count back 28 days from the Wanderlust 108 you’ll be attending. If you are ready for it, feel free go beyond the times listed. The most important thing is that you consistently complete the minimums—even if that means walking during a run period or resting in Child’s Pose during a yoga session.

About Wanderlust 108
Wanderlust 108 is a “mindful triathlon” that brings three events together in city parks across the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: a 5k run, an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation.
