This post is part of Wanderlust and MyFitnessPal’s 28-day Run-Yoga-Meditate challenge. Whether you are new to one (or all three!) of these activities, join us to gain a healthier mind and body in less than a month.

Throughout the challenge we ask you to meditate between 5 minutes and 20 minutes, depending on the day. Below are some online guided meditations that can help you along as you start to build your meditation practice. In particular, if you are new to this practice we highly recommend Headspace as a great guided introduction to meditation.
