About
Zoe is an Austin based yoga instructor, whose daily intention is to uplift those around her and help to empower others to find joy in the beauty of movement and their own unique self expression.
After years of dancing ballet professionally, an injury forced Zoe to take a look at how she was caring for her body, and it was a combination of yoga and Pilates that got her back on her feet. It’s this appreciation for movement and health that has motivated her towards a career in teaching and sharing the joy of yoga and dance with others. Most days she can be found teaching everything from yoga and barre to stand up paddle board, sharing her bright smile and pure love for life with everyone she meets. Come to class ready to sweat, dance, and embrace the joy of your physicality.
Zoe studied under Thomas Taubman and Sean Grey for her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification with YogaWorks in Los Angeles. She is a Certified Master Trainer for GROOV3 Dance, and received her BarWorks and SculptWorks Teaching Certifications from YogaWork. Zoe recently completed her 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training at Wanderlust with Leah Cullis and Kate Waitzkin, and is thrilled to be joining the Wanderlust tribe here in Austin!
