ADVANCING
All advance forms will be sent out 60 days prior to each event. You should receive an email from hiring@wanderlust.com. If you have not received your advance form, please reach out to Jennie@wanderlust.com
Prior to completing the form, review your contract to confirm what items will be covered by Wanderlust, i.e. accommodations, ground transportation and backline. Advancing details early will ensure that you have what you need when you arrive on site.
ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
Artists are encouraged to arrive at least 4 hours before scheduled sound checks / load in times. Please anticipate traffic and allow time to get in and out of the venue. Artists must check in at the Happy Place. Unless otherwise directed, Artist Relations is stationed here, as will be your artist packet containing Wanderlust information and credentials.
THE HAPPY PLACE | Presenter + Press Lounge (Formerly the “PRESENTER SHALA”)
Check in for artists will take place in The Happy Place. Each Performing Artist will receive a laminate and a wristband. All management and crew will receive a wristband. All main stage performers, management and guests will receive satins to wear the night of show, allowing entry into the backstage area. To get backstage everyone needs a wristband AND a satin. The wristband alone offers you a ‘drop-in’ pass to any class or activity that is not an upsell event. A Drop-in pass allows you to attend any class that is not full. Everyone is required to wear their wristband for the duration of the event. We will not replace any lost credentials.
The Happy Place hours are:
Wednesday: 2 PM – 6 PM
Thursday – Saturday: 7 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 7 AM – 5 PM
Outside of these hours, please email Jennie@wanderlust.com or meganelisabethhume@gmail.com with any questions.
BACKLINE
All artists will be required to provide their own backline unless previously advanced and approved by the festival. Our backline provider will be delivering equipment before the show, so late requests will not be accepted. Special backline requests MUST be received no later than May 15. If backline was not agreed upon in the artists contract, the artist will be responsible for any backline charges and the cost will be taken out at settlement. If you have any questions, please email tim@wanderlust.com.
CATERING/MEALS
Each person in the touring party will receive a $25 per diem for each performance day. This can be picked up with a WL accountant in the Production Office. Please note that in Whistler catering is provided so no per diem will be granted.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Wanderlust is only responsible for transporting artists with whom prior agreements have been made. Please refer to your contract for details on this, or connect with jennie@wanderlust.com for details.
INTERNET + MOBILE SERVICE
Internet is available in the village but the signal may be weak so please bring your own hotspot if you require streaming, etc. Depending on your carrier and phone, cell phone usage on the festival grounds may be possible. However, we will not be providing any extra service towers. Like all large festivals, points of limited access may occur if towers reach maximum bandwidth.
LODGING
If you are being provided with festival lodging, accommodations have been arranged. You will receive a your lodging confirmation and details 2 weeks prior to each event. If you have any questions or issues that arrive, please email jennie@wanderlust.com and lodging@wanderlust.com.
MERCHANDISE POLICY
You will be sent a merchandise form to complete at the same time as the advance form. If you have any questions, please contact heatherc@wanderlust.com.
OVERSIZED VEHICLES
Please advance all parking requests and vehicle info with Production Manager, Tim Mikovitz, at tim@wanderlust.com. Parking for band vehicle and tour buses may be available, but not in direct proximity to the stage. Note that shore power may not be available for touring busses. Please contact the stage manager if you are arriving in an RV, bus, or other large vehicle.
PARKING
There is ample parking located on site just steps from the main festival site.
POWER
Main Stage will have three phase tie in. Breakouts will be provided for any touring power distribution. All other stages will have basic Edison breakouts.
RADIOS / SITE COMMUNICATION
All key production staff will be available via radio. (If applicable) A radio channel sheet will be provided upon arriving to the venue.
RUNNERS

SETTLEMENT
Checks will be available for pick up on site. You may pick up your check from Lisa Carriuolo in the Production Office after you’ve completed your engagements. Lisa will be available in the production office during the hours listed below. If you cannot pick up settlement in the times listed below, please contact Jennie Witt to arrange. If you have not sent us a 2017 W9 form (you may have completed this with C3), please do so before you arrive on-site so that you may be paid on time.

SHIPPING

SOUND + LINE CHECKS
All artists will receive time for a limited line check. Due to the scheduling of yoga classes, minimal time will be allotted for full sound checks unless previously confirmed with the Stage Manager. It is essential that bands arrive on time and load in as efficiently as possible. Schedule alterations cannot be made to accommodate any artists arriving late!
STORAGE
If you have a piece (or two) of music gear, or a personal item you’d like to stash in between sets, or while you run around the festival site, we’re happy to allow you to leave it in our Production Office. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact jennie@wanderlust.com or meganelisabethhume@gmail.com.
