The Total Reset starts the on the next Saturday after you register (see FAQ for details), and is designed to fit your schedule. Each day, you'll take plant-derived supplements, practice yoga for 20 minutes, and enjoy an easy-to-make, healthy plant-based breakfast. What is the Total Reset?
The Total Reset is a brand-new program designed to optimize both your mental and physical health. Our expert guides Janet Stone (yoga & ayurveda) and Dr. Will Cole (functional medicine) will accompany you through an accessible 14-day regimen combining the wisdom of ancient yogic practices with the latest knowledge in functional medicine.
We believe that good health starts with simple steps, and the Total Reset is designed to fit into your busy schedule. You'll wake up, practice yoga for 15 - 20 minutes, and then eat a plant-based breakfast incorporating three specific supplements. You'll also receive three short talks from Dr. Cole to watch on your own time. Each day's breakfast recipe will arrive in your inbox the night before, and you'll get a shopping list before the challenge starts and again before week 2.

We'll send you an email each day once the challenge starts. In that email, you'll find a link to the day's yoga video (the videos are hosted on Youtube for convenient viewing). You'll also receive the breakfast recipe for the next day, and on certain days, you'll receive a video lecture from Dr. Will Cole as well.
Anyone, really. The classes are only 20 minutes each, and are designed to be accessible for all levels of yoga practitioner, from total beginner to expert. Similarly, the breakfast recipes are simple to make, with common ingredients to be found at any decent grocery store. And of course no skill is required to take supplements or learn about holistic health from Dr. Cole!
While we recommend participating in the entire program for maximum benefit, we understand that not everyone cooks (or has time to cook) in the morning. If you can't prepare one of the recommended breakfasts, simply eat a plant-based breakfast, take your supplements and be on your way.
No problem! We recommend Wanderlust supplements because we made them and know that they're made with the highest quality natural ingredients, with no unnecessary fillers, and also taste great. But you are welcome to bring your own ashwagandha, milk thistle and lemon balm — the point here is to experience the healing power of plants.
