Silvia Stojanovic

Silvia Stojanovic
began her yoga journey at 25.
It was only after her studies in Sports in Germany and working in fitness management and as a personal trainer for a few years, when it became clear to her that she realised yoga as her most important missing piece in life and felt the deep wish to share this ancient way of communicating with the own body.
She started teaching the Hatha Yoga method at 2004.
Silvia was born in Germany and raised between Germany, Greece and Serbia. She immersed herself in the languages and spiritual traditions of each of her adoptive native lands.
On the eve of her 28 birthday she decided to attend her first 200 h Hatha Yoga course in Hamburg, Germany.
Over the following years she studied in different courses with different teachers and completed her 500 h training. Silvia is a devoted yoga practitioner and student of yoga for many years who believes that within each student lies a vast wellspring of love and potential, and it’s her job as a teacher to bring that out.

“For most teachers, a pose is just a pose. For me, every pose is a doorway, and a student who is willing to knock on, open, and go through that door has the potential to enter a room where Fate has provided an abundance of native plants from which the student can create a wreath to adorn the very door she just walked through.”

“Yoga is the very deep and intimate relationship that is built between your body, mind and breath and it is probably the most intelligent and loving language one can use to communicate with the deep self.”
