Yoga Power
Yoga Power, LLC was founded in 2016. Owned and operated by Jamie Dickenson (RYT-500), we are located in the heart of the warehouse district of hip, historic Charleston, West Virginia. We offer more than 90 yoga classes every week in our 6,000 square foot studio. Our inspiring décor, complete with exposed wood finishes in this 100-year-old warehouse, provides the backdrop for the best yoga studio experience.
Physical beauty is not what yoga is all about. But there’s nothing wrong with practicing yoga in a studio so beautiful that you can’t wait to go inside! Our space features three practice rooms, performance hardwood floors, retail clothing space, a relaxing lounge area for meeting before and after class, along with a cafe serving coffee, tea, beer, and wine.
Practice room will comfortably accommodate:
Room 1: 15 mats, Room 2: 35 mats, Room 3: 100 mats and 20 aerial silks.
Our class schedule offers something for everyone, with class formats including beginner yoga, aerial yoga, power yoga, yin, and even more; restorative, Mommy & Me, meditation…we’ve got it all!
