Vasu Studio
Vasu is co-founded by twin sisters Holly + Natalie. Their yoga studio and healing arts center is located in the city of Hartford, CT. We are tucked away in an Artist Loft, which used to be a typewriter factory. The exposed white brick walls, cathedral ceilings, and a flood of sunlight make it a refreshing and inspiring studio for your yoga practice.
Vasu is Sanskrit for the “light that dwells in all beings; the universal soul.” That “something” that we all share amidst our unique differences. Our mission is to create a conscious community that empowers the art of luminous living and deep self-love. Let Vasu be a place to ignite your light so that you have more to share with the world.
