True North Yoga
At True North Yoga we believe that life is meant to be enjoyed, and rely on this belief in our yoga instruction. We strive to make our classes light-hearted and fun.
Our classes feature a free-form power flow (Vinyasa) style drawing inspiration from the Ashtanga yoga tradition and from True North founder Dani Williamson. We also feature Yin/Restorative and Beginning yoga classes that are accessible to everyone.
We are located in a newly renovated space on the second floor of the historic Coca-Cola Bottling Plant building at 3121 Broadway Street in Paducah’s vibrant mid-town district.
