Perfect for breakfast or anytime snacking, these heart-healthy, portable buns are packed with five grams of protein per serving and use naturally-sweet, sulfite-free apples and plump raisins to fuel you throughout the day. In addition to a mixture of oats, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and other nutritious grains, additional benefits of the rounds include being free of dairy, egg, nut and soy.
