Modo hot yoga is a series of postures practiced in a heated room (95–100°F). The series works to stretch, strengthen and tone the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. While each instructor brings their own unique experience and style to their teaching, all classes follow a basic structure that is fundamental to the Modo practice. This basic structure is designed to accommodate class times ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.COMPANY INFORMATION
Modo Yoga was founded in 2004 by Jessica Robertson and Ted Grand in Ontario, Canada. Their vision has expanded worldwide into a continually growing community of over 75 studios across Canada and the United States, and across the world in Paris and Australia.
