Melanie started her journey into yoga in 2010 at the Jivamukti Center in London where she discovered that yoga was so much more than just a physical exercise. Having developed a true passion for yoga and its benefits for body and mind, she decided to travel to the birthplace of yoga in India where she did her yoga teacher training on the foothill of the Himalayas. Since her return to London, Melanie has been studying the ancient Indian medicine, Ayurveda and teaching traditional Indian yoga classes integrating meditation, pranayama and relaxation.
