She specializes in Vinyasa flow, and her classes primarily focus on the connection of movement to breath through the healing power of music. This “rhythmic symmetry” evokes the dancer within, and is what sets Kimmy’s teaching style apart from your average flow class. The end result? The creation of a beautiful, fun, spiritual, energetic, and challenging space for every level.
Kimmy has been practicing yoga for over 6 years. She enjoys traveling and spreading her love of yoga through the festival circuit and other mind-body events throughout Los Angeles. A Gemini in the zodiac, Kimmy enjoys creative expression through many forms such as writing, filmmaking, and dance.
