A registered dietitian for over 16 years, Dina has always supported her clients in finding balance between their body, mind, and thoughts. Due to personal health issues, she reached out to yoga to find an alternative to modern medicine, and she finally found a practice that was healing her body and not hurting it. Finding peace through nutrition and yoga, she completed a 380-hr Hatha and Vinyasa certification alongside YogaCharia Sylvie Tremblay at Yoga Sangha. She then furthered her understanding of yoga with certifications such as Pre-natal yoga, Healing through yoga, and an Ayurvedic counseling certification.
