Christine began her yoga journey when she was a teenager, and she hasn’t looked back since. She has spent the past decade studying how the combination of yoga, meditation and creative self-expression can bring about strength, grace, and a whole new inner resolve. Christine began teaching blissful vinyasa flow classes in 2009 and incorporates her own love of movement and meditation to give students the extra space their bodies and minds crave.
