Change Yoga
Change Yoga is in the heart of Jamaica, VT, minutes from Jamaica State park and 10 miles from Stratton, VT. Change is a Batiste inspired studio where they teach heated power vinyasa.
Polly Schmid is the owner of Change Yoga. She is a certified Baptiste power vinyasa yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga, hiking and all types of fitness trainings in Stratton for over 20 years! When she is not at Change, Polly instructs yoga at Mt. Snow and enjoys horseback riding, ski racing, hiking, paddle boarding and gardening.
