Balance Yoga Cambridge offers a contemporary, integrated style of yoga to students of all levels. Studio founder Sarah MacDonald started her practice in the early 1990s and has a background in both Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. Elements of both these style of yoga are brought together in Balance Yoga’s signature ‘Align & Flow’ classes. Balance Yoga Cambridge also offers Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, pre- and post-natal yoga, and Yoga for Athletes classes. Sarah is certified Yoga for Athletes instructor.

In offering yoga Sarah says her main goal is “To help each student discover their own path to a sustainable, relevant and beneficial yoga practice that helps them connect with their body and mind and realise their potential. I believe in helping students find a way to genuinely embody yoga and find balance in their lives, both on and off the mat.”
