Meet Ashley, a green juice drinking, organic food eating yogi and Fitmom in pursuit of wanderlust. Passionate about promoting a healthy mind, body, and soul, Ashley is currently working towards her Personal Training Certification. When she’s not working out in her personal home studio she enjoys yoga, meditation, OCR races, and hiking—anything to keep her active.
Yoga helps to keep her grounded and practice mindfulness despite her hectic work/home life schedule, allowing her to keep herself open to new adventures and opportunities.
