Amy Sellitti
Amy is a 500 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). She is currently studying Yoga Therapy with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, an IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists), accredited school. Amy lives in New Haven with her boyfriend Joe. She teaches group classes and individual sessions through-out the New Haven county area. Amy is passionate about empowering her clients and students to achieve well-being and healing through the process of Yoga. She loves all outdoor activities, essential oils, the ocean, and hiking all year round!
