Anyone who attended Wanderlust Vermont can attest to the fact that Gabrielle Bernstein’s Speakeasy at ‘The Greatest Place’ was one of the most talked about events of the weekend. Her lecture, entitled “May Cause Miracles,” shared inspiring evidence for why we should expect transformation as we make subtle shifts, and how these can add up to create miraculous change. The nearly 500 people in attendance journeyed with Gabby through both stories and Kundalini-based exercises that ignited some incredibly powerful energy that permeated not just ‘The Greatest Place’ for that hour, but resonated throughout the festival.
“The willingness is all you need to begin the right next action,” said Gabby, as she shared her story about finding her spirituality and becoming sober to achieve greater clarity. She explained how anyone stuck in a rut can instead turn it into an opportunity for spiritual development and change.
“Years of being a student and a teacher of ‘A Course In Miracles‘ has been a magnificent journey of un-learning. It is a text of the basic principle of forgiveness, through forgiveness we get rid of the fears and reclaim the loving presence that we are,” Gabby explains about the seminal book and spiritual practice. “It’s a course in un-learning everything, and then we remember what we’re here to do and who we’re meant to be. The miracles are the moments when we shift our perception.”
Gabby offered insights into identifying how fear has tripped you up and blocked your life’s flow, the importance of self-love and how to strengthen your relationship with yourself, practical exercises that shift your patterns of self-sabotage when it comes to food and your body, and how to realize how fear has blocked your financial abundance (whatever your occupation) and how shift your limiting beliefs around money and work.
