Hello Winter! We’ve Missed You.
I can feel my breath change when winter’s first breeze arrives. My routine patterns alter as time and space seem to slow as she begins her long awaited season. Winter is magic. It may be the way that cold weather makes me want to be closer to people or the way Christmas lights glimmer in the eyes of my mother.
It’s time to spice things up. Find inspiration in the small things and the quiet moments in the midst of the holiday season. You can do it, I believe in you. Align yourself with things and people that make you tingle to the marrow of your bones; the moments, experiences, friends and lovers that make your soul glow.
Winter is a part of the cycle of new beginnings. Winter is raw; the season of transformation and growth. Dig deep and you will be sure to find new direction, forgotten motivation, and childlike adventures. Consciousness expands as we are given the opportunity to move inward and learn more about ourselves. It’s the perfect time to refocus attention, deepen a meditation practice, do more yoga, and love your life!
