Born and bred in sunny Southern California, Tiffany credits yoga for supplying the yin in her life to counter Los Angeles’ yang-like energy. As a student and teacher, Tiffany continues to be inspired and explores the journey of the practice of yoga on and off the mat. She believes that slowing down and staying curious is the practice of paying attention. Paying attention and connecting to our truest self, that is Yoga. Certified under the guide of her teacher and mentor, Annie Carpenter, Tiffany is now one of 3 senior SmartFLOW teachers. Tiffany teaches at Yoga Works in Santa Monica and is happy to be a part of the Wanderlust Hollywood team. She has been featured in Yoga Journal and continues to lead SmartFLOW teacher training’s around the country.
