A lover of the mountains, and with a childlike faith in God, she urges that humour, playfulness, community, and nature are key ingredients for life on and off the mat. With a background in teaching yoga for cancer survivors she strives to evoke hope, power, and onward looking into each and every practice. Life is meant to be shared together with passion, with purpose and unity.
