Digital Sales Planner
The Digital Sales Planner will play a critical role within our fast paced integrated partnerships sales team, focused on managing digital campaigns and first-class client communication. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all stages of the sales process through constant coordination with your sales and marketing counterparts.
The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, media and other teams across the company and must be solutions-driven with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a solutions-driven attitude, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Wanderlust is seeking a Graphic Designer to work in the Wanderlust HQ in Brooklyn. The role will report to the Art Director, support the design team and add value to the Wanderlust brand. Some of the projects include; signage, marketing materials, keynote presentations, email and banner design, concept development and creating original campaign graphics.
Head of Media Sales, Integrated Partnerships
Wanderlust is seeking a Head of Media Sales, an individual who will directly impact the financial business operations of the Integrated Partnerships team, with a specific focus on driving Wanderlust Media revenue. This position requires innovative expertise in media advertising and fluency in creating custom campaigns for national accounts, from prospecting to close, through execution. The Head of Media Sales should possess an established network of relationships at national brands and agencies that target the mindful, millennial female in order to successfully close $1MM+ partnerships and programs.

Event Assistant (Runner)
The Event Assistant (Runner) is responsible for all event related vehicle runs such as airport runs, talent transportation, supply shopping, signage pickup etc and should be familiar with the area. The runner will ensure that all vehicles are full of gas before the end of the day as well as assist the Event Manager in any event related misc. tasks that arise. The runner is responsible to manage and settle any cash advanced for event expenses and turn in all receipts.
We are striving towards the goal of having a zero-waste festival. Our program currently includes organic waste composting and recycling as well as required compostable food service-ware by our food and beverage vendors and partners. Styrofoam and non-recyclable plastic utensils are not permitted at the festival. We’ve adopted the motto of “Leave No Trace” and assist our vendors and sponsors in doing so in their activations. You’ll record our diversion metrics to track our progress and to make improvements towards greener events.

We are looking for individuals who can execute our brand’s creative vision – from brief, through to final photo delivery. Experience managing time, process, and creative output is a must. A love of yoga, music, and adventure, is also a plus.
