The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, media and other teams across the company and must be solutions-driven with strong communication skills. Graphic Designer

Wanderlust is seeking a Graphic Designer to work in the Wanderlust HQ in Brooklyn. The role will report to the Art Director, support the design team and add value to the Wanderlust brand. Some of the projects include; signage, marketing materials, keynote presentations, email and banner design, concept development and creating original campaign graphics.

Guest Services Manager

Wanderlust is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Guest Services Manager for 2017. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional online and phone customer service to our Event Guests, while establishing proactive programs to improve the online user-experience through technical feedback with our Ticketing Systems Manager.

Sustainability Manager

We are striving towards the goal of having a zero-waste festival. Our program currently includes organic waste composting and recycling as well as required compostable food service-ware by our food and beverage vendors and partners. Styrofoam and non-recyclable plastic utensils are not permitted at the festival. We’ve adopted the motto of “Leave No Trace” and assist our vendors and sponsors in doing so in their activations. You’ll record our diversion metrics to track our progress and to make improvements towards greener events.

Operations Staff

We’re looking for a Operations staff to join our team for the spring and summer tours, with the potential to continue on for more. We will be sending out two teams throughout the US and Canada for two simultaneous tours, your hiring manager will discuss the dates and locations specific the position.

Wanderlust 108 Emcee

Wanderlust is seeking three Emcees who can bring the hype with a mindfulness twist. Wanderlust 108 tour brings mindful triathlons–Run, Yoga, Meditate–to cities around the US.

Retail Manager

Wanderlust is seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager to develop and launch a pop-up apparel and craft goods retail store at both Wanderlust Festivals and 108 events. The store will be a collaboration between Wanderlust and our apparel partner, adidas, and the Retail Manager will liaise between brands and internal teams to manage the store.

Production Office Manager

We’re looking for a talented Production Office Manager to join our team for the summer tour, with the potential to continue on for more Wanderlust events. We’ll be in Snowshoe WV, Stratton VT, Squaw Valley CA, Whistler BC, and Mont Tremblant QC.

 

Wanderlust Offices in Australia/New Zealand

Wanderlust Australia/New Zealand has it’s offices in Sydney NSW and is still in it’s start-up (think of a toddler going from a crawl to a run) and we’re growing fast with 10 events over the next 12 months! We need guns for hire, especially in the key areas sponsorship sales and media. If you can sell anything, and / or know how to promote then we need you. Especially if you are a self-starter who wants to take total ownership of your domain. We are a small but ballsy team – our office is a fun collaborative environment. Producer

The Producer is responsible for assisting the Director and Brand Manager with programming & planning and will lead on budget management and delivery of all at event activity. This requires key relationship management with performers, suppliers and event crew. This role reports to the Director.
