Tim is a Canadian who moved to New Zealand 5 years ago and fell in love with all that New Zealand had to offer. He is an athlete, Firefighter, father, and yoga teacher all in one.
He began his yoga journey 8 years ago and has been teaching for over 4 years. He loves teaching yoga and connecting with all sorts of interesting people that have crossed his path since he began learning and then teaching yoga. He offers classes that bring together the elements of strength, power, challenge and merge these with breathing and elasticity.
He loves teaching classes that bring freedom to the body and to the mind. This freedom starts with just a breath and then it moves throughout the entire body, creating change. Yoga changed him and his life and he wants to share that change with anyone who is interested in listening.
