With a passion for yoga and functional movement, Sophia has completed over 800hrs of teacher training, specialising in vinyasa, Yin yoga, yoga wheel, and Yoga for Athletes. She is a vibrant and grounded instructor teaching classes, workshops and trainings at leading studios in central London. She also heads the Yoga Programme at premiership rugby club, Harlequins.
Sophia’s ethos is rooted in a deep understanding of biomechanics and safe alignment. By offering clear, meaningful instructions, which complement her watchful eye and inspiring approach, Sophia helps build confidence in her students from the inside out. With a gentle focus on the benefits of good breathing techniques throughout, clients will leave sessions feeling stronger, lighter and more at ease in their own bodies.
