Shakira is a qualified Personal Trainer and Hula Hoop Instructor working within the fitness, health and wellness industry for over seven years. Teaching children’s fitness, family fitness, adult bootcamp/circuits, HulaFit classes and workshops for personal and corporate and personal training sessions. She specialises in empowering people to achieve weight loss, build confidence, rebalance mindset and find the right nutrition to meet their needs. Shakira has first hand experience of the struggle to loose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle having been on my own health and fitness journey.
