Sarajean Rudman has more than a decade of experience in many diverse fields of health and wellness. Her varied perspectives come from both the Western approach as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, kickboxing instructor, and cross-trainer and from the Eastern approach as a 500-hour Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher and an Ayurvedic Practitioner. She also has a B.S. in Health and Wellness and Sports Management, and an M.S. in Integrative Clinical Nutrition.
