Rhonda believes life is yoga, that the same patience, persistence, focus, dedication, submission and light heartedness required are necessary both on and off the mat.

Rhonda is a 200 E-RYT®, YACEP® Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Education Provider and teaches prana based yoga. She will support you through a balanced class combining traditional and creative flows; utilizing the breath as a guide for all movement.
Her classes are challenging, yet accessible, uplifting, yet grounding. Your experience will take you beyond the physical aspects of yoga, and you’ll find your own sacred space. Through this practice you will build strength, flexibility, balance thru stability, as well as find space to discover your truth and find the life balance for which we all search.
Rhonda’s journey with yoga first began in 2005. After taking only one class she noticed a significant reduction in the debilitating back pain and chronic stress from which she had been suffering. She began a regular practice and fell in love with the calming affects, personal awareness and overall benefits yoga brought to her life.
After taking a SUP Yoga class in the summer of 2013, Rhonda realized it was SUP Yoga that she was meant to share with the world. It was at that moment, she decided to deepen her personal practice by obtaining her 200 hour RYT training through LifePower Yoga. Upon completion, Rhonda has worked to dedicate her life fully to exploring the art of yoga and gaining a greater understanding of its effects on the human composition.
Rhonda has been teaching SUP Yoga in Loudoun County, Virginia since 2015 and is inspired daily to share space, community, peace and love wherever possible. In addition to teaching yoga, Rhonda actively works to create connections in the community by supporting her favorite local nonprofits and encouraging others to get outside to play. In her down time, Rhonda enjoys exploring and “getting lost” at parks, trails and waterways.
