My passion for yoga and meditation led me to leave life as I knew it and embark on a 7-year journey of constant search and learning around the world. I lived most of the time in India and also in Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, Bali, Japan, Denmark, Sweden and South Africa. During this time I devoted myself to studying the best that each culture has to teach in terms of yoga, meditation, nutrition and well-being. From doing a teacher training with Dharma Mitra, to living in the Osho Meditation Resort in Pune, to making Vipasanas retreats around the world, to have a serious practice of Asthanga with Rolf Nujokat, to live next to the Ganges River in the Santosh Puri Ashram, Being part of the Kumbhamela, studying nutrition in Sweden, specializing in Ayurveda and finally finding my way and my teacher through Tibetan Buddhism which has led me to live in extensive retreats receiving teachings from great yogis of the Himalayas. At the end of 2015 I returned to Mexico and I currently live in Valle de Bravo with my son Sutra.

My passion is to share something of what I have learned through my website and to organize retreats in magical places where we can free our minds, open our hearts and have an amazing time. I believe that in order to really have a good time in life, we need to achieve union and balance between the outer and inner world.
