Neil Parikh, is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, of Casper.

Neil plays an instrumental role in shaping company culture as Casper expands globally as the world’s first sleep brand. Prior to founding Casper, he designed bacteria and worked on robotics at NASA, where he coauthored 3 patents. In 2014, Neil left medical school to launch Casper.

As the son of a sleep doctor, he was perfectly positioned to bridge the gap between the science of sleep and the realities of the sleep industry. Neil launched an international non-profit organization while studying at Brown University, where he received a B.A. During his time at Brown, he was class president, and was accepted to medical school at 17.
