Natalie loves yoga because of how healing, transformative, and empowering it can be. She began practicing yoga as a teenager and completed her first teacher training in 2010. Since then she has taught over 3000 classes, led retreats, workshops, charity classes, outdoor street and live DJ classes. She is a lululemon ambassador (Westmount store) and currently teaches at Victoria Park in Westmount, QC. She teaches everything from Vinyasa to Power to Yin and Meditation. She specializes in teaching both beginners and advanced students.
Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, Natalie received her post-secondary education in Theatre Performance. After graduation, she moved to New York where she performed Off-Broadway and in independent films. Upon returning to Montreal in 2007, she published her memoirs of her time in New York, a time that included many personal struggles and challenges. The practice of yoga provided the path for Natalie to work her way through all the struggles of her past and enables her to continually create a peaceful, grounded, playful and happy life for herself. A curious soul, Natalie is always seeking to deepen her practice as a student and a teacher. Natalie loves going upside down, teaching inversions, backbends, meditation and yin. Yoga, wellness, health and happiness are Natalie’s passions in life and what she loves to share in community.
