Mireille Domit


A few years ago, being the general director of a family business and living a stress burn-out, she began to deepen in topics of integral well-being to improve her health. Today, after 10 years of experience, she is a certified yoga and meditation teacher by the Sivananda International Organization, Health Coach certified by the Institute of Integral Nutrition of New York and apprenticed to several renowned spiritual teachers around the world. Her passion is to share introspection tools such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and deep relaxation with the aim of inspiring anyone to make practical changes in their lifestyle to live with less stress, more present, connected and enjoying every moment regardless of the situation they are in.
