Almost 15 years of yoga practice and 9 of Acroyoga accompany these two teachers who come from Spain and Brazil respectively. They have studied with many teachers of different styles, what they consider enriches their practice, although they always try to take care of the tradition with respect. In recent years they have been accompanying their Indian teacher, Sindu Nayar, in training courses for Yoga teachers; and since 2014 they have been teaching Acroyoga teachers to try to keep a more personal follow-up of the students and to keep the practice rooted in the teachings of Yoga. They have created a small community in Kerala (South of India) which takes them to spend great seasons through the year immersed in the work that entails KarmaYoga. Their contribution to the world of Acroyoga is turned into a book that they have dedicated more than 3 years and that in the coming months will see the light.
