Macy is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. One of Macy’s passions is service which has lead her to be on team at Baptiste programs as well as lead teacher trainings. She is a sought after yoga teacher and teacher training facilitator in Texas. In addition to teaching yoga Macy is passionate about leadership and goal work and is currently in a training to lead the work of igolu. She also works at one of the largest international professional services firms in the world where she gets to intertwine her knowledge of business with her love of people and empowerment through the tools of yoga, creativity and the art of communication.
