Lucy Smith has been involved in high performance sports for over 25 years, and had a successful professional distance running career that earned her 19 National Championship titles, and 2 Silver World Championships Medals. As a world class athlete, mother, and coach, Lucy understands the profound link between the physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological aspects of the pursuit of excellence. Her experience in sport has shown her that running is a window through which athletes find self-knowledge, true excellence and satisfaction.
