Prolific author Lola has written eight books – The 20/20 Diet, Inspiring Ingredients, The 20/20 Diet Cookbook, The Happy Cookbook, Lola Berry’s Little Book of Smoothies and Juices was released November 2015 with Pan Macmillan Australia and her sixth book, the second installment of The Happy Cookbook titled The Happy Life was released February, 2016. The Happy Cookbook was also released in the USA in July 2016 which has now sold over 60,000 copies. She has also written Lola Berry’s Summer Food, Food to Make You Glow and Beauty Food . Lola has her tenth book The Yoga Body released in June 2018, isthe ultimate guide to detoxing, building strength and eating mindfully. Lola’s colourful approach to nutrition is supported by the Bachelor of Health Science she completed at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where shemajored in Nutritional Medicine.
