Kaelan was born and raised in Alaska, minutes away from trails and mountains. “Denali” is her middle name – quite literally. She grew up stealing every last M&M from the gorp, cooking pancakes over an open fire, and warding off momma grizzlies by belting out camp songs as loud as humanly possible. She now lives and breathes November Project in DC, co-leading the free fitness movement for urban athletes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning. She gets lost in Rock Creek Park whenever she can, and escapes to the Shenandoah on the weekends.
