Jen Eddins is a runner, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, yoga teacher and studio manager based in Charlotte, NC. A 10-year veteran of the fitness industry, Jen has often been voted one of the top fitness professionals and yoga instructors in her area.

She also shares daily updates about food, fitness, yoga and life on her blog, Peanut Butter Runner. Jen is the author of two books, Ultimate Plank Fitness and The Complete Guide to Yoga Inversions.
