Ian is a Boston-based runner and sports chiropractor helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals. Ian shares his passion for running with his wife, Amanda, as they both train as members of the Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) racing team and are Lululemon Ambassadors. Ian has completed 20 marathons, with a personal best of 2:25 at the Boston Marathon in 2013 and 2014.
