Christian teaches SUP Yoga on the shores of Lake Erie. She’s the owner of SUP Erie Adventures, a multi-sport guide service and a Professional Stand-Up Paddle Board Athlete sponsored by Pau Hana Surf Supply, Kialoa Paddles and Kokatat. She participates in all disciplines of Stand-Up Paddling including SUP Surf, SUP Whitewater, Downwind, Touring, SUP Yoga, and Racing. She says theres nothing quite like SUP Yoga to find balance within and connect with the natural environment.
