Andy Fyfe manages the growth of the Certified B Corp community across the United States and has been with B Lab for 8 years since he first helped open the west coast office in San Francisco. He is responsible for not only growing the community but also helping leverage the influence and voice of the B Corps to inspire a global movement of people using business as a force for good. The B Corp community is a community of practice; meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance. And in order to inspire the next generation of leaders to follow and to help redefine success in business, Andy fosters collaboration in the community by navigating what B Corps can do together that they can’t do alone.

Andy also has a background in microfinance, non-profit management, social work and child advocacy, as well as a degree in peace and conflict studies. Before he joined B Lab, he traveled through Latin America for two years living in rural communities, working with small entrepreneurs, and hanging his hammock quite often along the way. He currently lives in New York City, is also a volunteer baseball coach and organizes events to help support undocumented youth in the United States.
