Mother of 2, she’s a chef and lawyer by profession but a yogini by passion. She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and is still learning that yoga goes beyond something physical, it manages to give a voice to your soul. For her, the yoga mat is her refuge, her couch is where she faces the real essence of her being. Where her greatest joys come out and recognizes her greatest fears. She is fortunate to have studied various yoga disciplines, from restorative alignment to power yoga; However, in Soul Yoga she has found a way to meditate in movement and maximize her physical, mental and emotional body. She has been on this path with Alejandro Quiyono for more than a decade, teaching soul yoga for 5 years and now teaching certifications in various states of the Republic.
