Day 14 — Float and Fly


It’s the end of the second week and we’ve circled back to exploring standing balances and inversions. Set up for a healthy inversion practice by properly stacking the shoulders over the elbows. If you’re feeling up to it, explore tiny handstand hops before settling into gentle and relaxing restorative postures. Remember: Yoga is so much more about approach and quality rather than performance. The fact that you’re still with us means you’re doing great.
