She studied under the guidance and mentorship of Ashtanga/ Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Instructor Keith Fox and Anusara/ Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and Pranayama Guru Kelly Brookbank owners of Yoga Fox School of Yoga in Delray Beach, FL and Pura Vida, Costa Rica, where Christina graduated her first 200hr TT. With an insatiable desire to seek the spiritual depths of the yogic tradition, Christina underwent a complete spiritual transformation and journey through Bali, Indonesia, returning to the states to take on another 200hr TT and study under her Bhakti guru and Ashtanga/ Bhakti Yoga Instructor, Sean Johnson and Ashtanga/ Vinyasa Instructor, Mitchell Blier, creators and facilitators of Wild Lotus Yoga Soul School in New Orleans, La.

Filled with a passion to share this gift of yoga with EVERY ONE, when you practice with Christina, expect to feel empowered, strong, and supported as she guides you through a playful, uplifting, and challenging flow of mind, body, and spiritual awakening during your practice.
