Jessica loves fitness, yoga and being in nature. Those are some of the reasons she has designed her life and career around these themes. She has been successfully running her outdoor fitness company in the Laurentians, Québec for the last 10 years. ÉnerJ FIT offers outdoor functional training classes, yoga classes that are based on opening the chakras and connecting with nature and healthy lifestyle programs based on wholesome foods, natural movement and self-love rituals.
Jessica has a Bachelor in Physical education and kinesiology from McGill University, she is a certified natural trainer and yoga instructor 200hr (Yoga Alliance Certified) with Juna Yoga.
Her approach to helping others reach their health and fitness goals is by inspiring, teaching, motivating, and most importantly, keeping the process fun and challenging. Some of Jessica’s favorite pastimes are hiking, trail running, swimming, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, being in nature and travelling…wanderlusting!!
