Soul Space Pilates & Yoga
Soul Space offers an integrated approach to yoga, with asana, breath, meditation and philosophy being woven together to provide a holistic practice with a strong foundation of biomechanics and alignment. We understand that no two people are the same, and we encourage students to “find the guru within”- tapping into, and trusting, their own innate wisdom in order to practice in a way that is right for them. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we offer options in all our classes so that each student feels safe and enjoys their experience with us.
