Une course (ou marche) de 5 km. Ici le but n’est pas d’arriver en premier mais d’aller à son rythme afin de franchir la ligne d’arrivée en toute sérénité.

Une classe de yoga de 75 minutes dispensée par un/des professeurs certifiés et rythmée au son d’un DJ set. Yogi amateur ou plus confirmé, tout le monde sera le ou la bienvenu.e sur le tapis.

Are you new in yoga? No problem. We’ll help you unroll your mat and find a comfortable posture. Just shake the dust off your sneakers and relax.

Schedule an Activity

After enjoying the conscious triathlon you’re invited to sign up for a scheduled activity such as aerial yoga, acro yoga, hula hoop or 30 minutes of a yoga class led by our favorite local yoga studio.
