Are you new in yoga? No problem. We’ll help you unroll your mat and find a comfortable posture. Just shake the dust off your sneakers and relax.

Schedule an Activity

After enjoying the conscious triathlon you’re invited to sign up for a scheduled activity such as aerial yoga, acro yoga, hula hoop or 30 minutes of a yoga class led by our favorite local yoga studio.
