What inspires me most about teaching yoga is the opportunity to empower people to be something bigger in their lives than they thought possible. Inside of the physicality of the practice is an opportunity to get present to where I actually am and then put in tools to take myself beyond the borders of possibility! This transformation is available to each and every student.

I am a senior Baptiste teacher and owner of two Baptiste affiliate studios. I assist Baron regularly, teaching throughout the world and am an Africa Yoga Project board member.
